This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (advoclead.com), use our platform, or interact with our services.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, state of residence, details about your legal situation (for consumers), bar license number and firm information (for attorneys), and payment information (processed securely through Stripe).

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and device information.

Call Recordings and Transcripts

Our AI intake agents record and transcribe phone conversations for quality assurance and lead qualification purposes. By engaging with our phone system, you consent to recording. Recordings are stored securely and shared only with the subscribing attorney assigned to your case.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: provide and maintain our services, connect consumers with qualified attorneys, screen and qualify legal leads, process payments and manage subscriptions, send service-related communications, improve our AI screening technology, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.

4. Information Sharing

We may share your information with:

Subscribing Attorneys: Consumer lead information (name, phone, case details, call transcripts) is shared with the attorney or law firm assigned to the consumer's geographic area and practice area.

Service Providers: We use third-party services including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Retell AI (voice agents), and Twilio (SMS) that may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. TCPA Consent

By submitting a form on our website, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for Advoclead and its subscribing attorneys to contact you at the phone number provided using automated technology, including AI voice agents, autodialed calls, and pre-recorded messages. This consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by calling (407) 574-7492 or emailing info@advoclead.com.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure database storage, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consumer lead data is retained for a minimum of 3 years. Attorney subscriber data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days. Call recordings are retained for 2 years.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements), opt out of marketing communications, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@advoclead.com or call (407) 574-7492.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

10. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze website traffic, remember preferences, and serve relevant advertising. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

On designated advertising landing pages, and only after you grant analytics consent, we may use Microsoft Clarity to create click and scroll heatmaps and masked session replays that help us identify usability problems and form abandonment. Form fields, consent content, validation messages, and submitted information are masked from replay capture. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, legal descriptions, or advertising click identifiers to Clarity. You may disable this analytics collection through the Privacy choices control at any time.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
