Responsible first-party research

Research Methodology

Advoclead may publish aggregate operational research only when the underlying period, population, definitions, exclusions, and limitations can be stated clearly. Consumer identities, contact information, recordings, message content, and matter-level details are not published in benchmark reports.

Required disclosures

Each report should state the observation period, included markets and Pods, event definitions, exclusions, data-completeness limits, and whether outcomes were reported by participating firms. A benchmark is descriptive of the measured dataset, not a promise of future performance.

Privacy and minimum samples

Reports use aggregate counts and rates. Small groups are suppressed or combined when publication could identify a consumer, firm user, or individual matter. No benchmark is released until a documented minimum-sample and suppression rule is defined for that report.

Quality controls

Test, staged, duplicate, disqualified, and otherwise non-operational records are separated from eligible production outcomes. Method changes are documented so readers can distinguish a real trend from a reporting change.
