Evidence hierarchy

Sources and Fact-Checking

Public claims should be traceable to an official source, a clearly identified participating firm, verified Advoclead product behavior, or a transparent research method. Search snippets, unsourced summaries, and copied competitor claims are not treated as evidence.

Source priority

For legal and consumer information, Advoclead prefers statutes and regulations, courts, federal and state agencies, official complaint portals, and participating-firm facts confirmed for the relevant Pod. Secondary sources are used for context, not as a substitute for primary evidence.

  • Primary law, regulators, and official government guidance
  • Participating-firm facts confirmed for the named campaign or intake
  • Verified platform behavior, audit records, and documented release evidence
  • Transparent aggregate research with stated dates and limitations

Fact-checking process

Before publication, factual claims are checked against the cited source, time-sensitive statements receive a review date, links are tested, routing and firm identification are verified, and unsupported outcome language is removed.

What a citation does not mean

A citation supports the nearby factual statement. It does not mean the cited agency, court, firm, or publisher endorses Advoclead. External resources may change after a page is reviewed.
